Advanced Valley Eye Associates is continually striving to offer the latest state-of-the-art technology and enhanced surgical techniques. We recently moved to a new location that provides spacious rooms and some really amazing features like precise climate and humidity control for our laser suite. Dr. Miller was the first LASIK surgeon to introduce IntraLase “Bladeless LASIK” to the Sacramento region. We offer PRK “Advanced Surface Laser”, Monovision LASIK, and Refractive Lens Exchange with presbyopic implants for those over 40 wishing to eliminate glasses all together.

He was chosen by the American Board of Ophthalmology to be one of the Associate Examiners for the “Boards”, the certifying test for other ophthalmologists in the United States.
